Carlton Contracting is a civil earthworks company based in Rockingham, servicing the Kwinana Industrial Strip and the Perth Metropolitan area. Established in 1998 and headed up by Managing Director Mark Sadler, Carlton Contracting has grown to be a contractor of choice for many large and reputable companies in Western Australia with a growing local workforce plus the use of regular trusted sub-contractors for specialist needs.

In 2011Carlton Contracting introduced Building Services, Mechanical Services and Plumbing Services to the company proving to be very successful, adding new professional services to offer our clients, with ticketed and licensed and most importantly experienced trades people.

We have also added a Gardening/Grounds Maintenance team to look after all your gardening requirements.
